If for any reason a product does not meet your expectations, you may return it in its original condition with all original packing materials within 60 calendar days from the shipment date for an exchange or full refund of your purchase price, excluding shipping costs. If an exchange is requested, we will send out a replacement immediately upon receipt of the returned item. If you would like a refund, your full purchase price, less our shipping cost, will be made within 24 hours.

To make a return or exchange, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Just give us a call at 1-888-540-CAMS (1-888-540-2267) or email us and we will be happy to assist you.

After receiving authorization from us, please ship your merchandise (enclosed within a shipping carton with appropriate packing material) back to Helmet Camera Outlet freight-prepaid and insured for the value of the returned product(s). Please include a copy of your receipt and all original boxes, packing materials, manuals, blank warranty cards and accessories.

Please Note:

A 10-25% restocking fee will be applied to products with missing or damaged packaging or items not in their original condition. Up to a 50% restocking fee will be applied to any returns sent after the 60-Day period or without an RMA number.

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Do not dispose of the box or any packaging materials until you have inspected your order and are satisfied with the product you have received.
