We value our international customers and we ship most products to nearly every country in the world. Exceptions are GoPro and V.I.O. products, which ship to U.S. addresses only and Contour and Drift, which ship to U.S. and Canada only. Please read the information below, then let us know if you have any questions.

International Payment Methods
You may make purchases on this website using any of the following payment methods:
- Credit Card: We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We will do address verification to protect you from identity theft, so be sure to enter the correct billing address, in addition to the correct shipping address.
- PayPal: We are pleased to offer PayPal as a payment.
- Money Order/Cashier’s Check: If you pay by cashier’s check, place the order as usual and select “Money Order/Cashiers Check” as form of payment under Credit Card. Then call or email us for directions on where to mail your payment.
- NOTE: All transactions are in US$. Funds must be drawn on a US Bank. We will wait until the check clears your bank before releasing the product for shipment.

How long will it take to arrive?
We ship by your choice of USPS Priority Mail International or USPS Express Mail International. Priority Mail International typically takes 6-10 business days and Express Mail International takes up to 3-6 business days. You will receive a tracking number when your item has shipped.
How much will shipping cost?
The shipping cost depends on the weight of the product and where you live. You can determine your shipping costs before you make your purchase as follows:
- Select the product or products that you wish to purchase by clicking the “Add to Cart” button, which places your item in the shopping cart. (You are not committed to buying the items. You may delete them from your shopping cart at any time.)
- Click on the "Calculate Shipping Cost" button.
- Select your country from the pull-down menu, and chose your desired form of shipping (Priority Mail International or Express Mail International) and click the “Apply” button. NOTE: This does not charge your card, it only calculates shipping.
- You will then see the amount for the selected shipping service.
- To complete your order, just finish entering the payment information, then click the “Place Order” button.
Customs, Duties, Tariffs & Import Fees
Duties or other import costs are not included in the price of the merchandise or the shipping cost and are your responsibility. Such charges are typically collected when the package is delivered to you. You may wish to check with your local customs house to estimate the cost before placing your order.
If customs or duties are not paid, merchandise will be considered abandoned and may be returned to the sender. If we receive the returned package we will issue a refund less shipping expenses.
International Warranty and Service
All of our camera warranties are good worldwide. However, warranty service is generally provided here in the United States. The cost of shipping your unit in for service or replacement is your responsibility.
