All transactions on this site are secured with a 128 bit Thawte Extended SSL Digital Certificate. | Shipping and Delivery | Helmet Camera Outlet ships merchandise by UPS or USPS Priority Mail to locations within the United States.
In-stock items generally ship the same day when an order is received before 1PM M-F Eastern time. Orders received after 1PM will ship the following business day. UPS and USPS tracking information will be emailed to you once it is available from the carrier and then posted on our website. Our shipping calculations are real-time rates based upon the item weight, the shipping location of our warehouse and the destination address and zip code. We gladly ship to APO and FPO addresses, but not to PO Boxes.
All packages are shipped residential delivery. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this web site pass to you once the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. We only ship trackable freight carriers who on occassion will leave the package at your door. It is the customer's responsibility to follow the progress of their purchase via the tracking number provided and ensure proper receipt of their purchased items.
| International Shipping (taxes & duties not included) | Yes, we do ship internationally to nearly every country in the world. We ship by your choice of USPS Priority Mail International or USPS Global Express Mail.
How long will it take to arrive?
USPS Priority Mail International typically takes 6-10 business days and Global Express Mail takes up to 5-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number when your item has shipped.
Customs, Duties, Tariffs & Import Fees
Duties or other import costs are not included in the price of the merchandise or the shipping cost and are your responsibility. Such charges are typically collected when the package is delivered to you. You may wish to check with your local customs house to estimate the cost before placing your order. If customs or duties are not paid, merchandise will be considered abandoned and may be returned to the sender. If we receive the returned package we will issue a refund less shipping expenses and a 15% restocking fee.
The customs forms that we prepare for shipping will include the price you paid for the product. We cannot alter this price or list the item as a gift for purposes of reducing duties or customs.

| Returns: Refunds & Exchanges | Helmet Camera Outlet offers a 14 day exchange policy on any defective merchandise purchased from us on HelmetCameraOutlet.com. In the instance where an exchange is not requested, store credit would be made available.
All returns must be pre-authorized and must be sent back to us in exactly the same condition as you received it. All original boxes, packing materials, manuals, BLANK warranty cards and accessories must be included for any replacement, exchange, or refund.
Please save your receipt as a record of your purchase. All returned goods must be accompanied by a copy of your receipt.
After receiving authorization from us, please ship your merchandise (enclosed within a shipping carton with appropriate packing material) back to Helmet Camera Outlet freight-prepaid and insured for the full value of the returned product(s). Sorry, Helmet Camera Outlet cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments.

Undamaged and unopened returns and exchanges will not be charged a restocking fee. However, shipping is non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except for in cases where the unit is damaged or defective upon arrival.
If any of the above conditions are not met, Helmet Camera Outlet reserves the right to refuse the return or charge a restocking fee of not less than 15%, at our sole discretion.
Please inspect your purchase carefully. Claims for damaged or missing items must be received within two (2) business days of receipt of merchandise. In the event of equipment received damaged in delivery, all shipping boxes and packing material must be retained for inspection by the shipping carrier. After receiving a damaged shipment, please contact us immediately for instructions at 517 227-2704. (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm).
Refunds on returned items which were paid by money order or check will be made by company check after a 10 business day waiting period.

You may make a purchase with a personal check or company check but must wait 7-10 days for the check to clear before we can ship the product. Emailing is not effective for this purpose, as your order may ship before we can respond to your email. | Back-ordered Items | On occasion, items do sell out. If an item is sold out, it will display "Out of Stock" next to the product image on the full product description page. On very rare occasions, even when an item is in stock at the time an order is placed, it might become back-ordered due to too many people placing orders at one time. In this event, we will contact you by email or telephone to find out whether you want to place the item on backorder. If you do not want the item backordered, let us know and we will cancel your order. If you do want to proceed, let us know and we will charge your card.
We place immediate orders with the manufacturer to replenish any item that goes out of stock, and we usually receive them very quickly. Backorders are often filled within seven to ten working days, however, in rare circumstances when a manufacturer is out of a product it can take longer for the item to arrive at our warehouse. Upon arrival it will ship to you within one business day via the shipping method that you selected at checkout.
| Sales Tax | Helmet Camera Outlet collects sales tax only on orders being shipped to an address within the state of Michigan, as is required by law. The amount of the shipping charge is not taxable. There is no tax collected for orders shipped outside of the state of Michigan.
If you have Resale or Tax Exempt status, please place your order by phone, since we do not have this option available on our web site at this time. We will require that you fax us your Tax Exempt or Resale Certificate before we process your order.
| MAP Pricing | Many manufacturers require their Authorized Dealers to follow the manufacturer's MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) policy. The MAP is the manufacturer's way of enforcing pricing structures on their dealers. Dealers can still technically sell the products for any price they choose, they just cannot advertise below the MAP. At Helmet Camera Outlet, we always do our best to honor the manufacturer's MAP but are nevertheless committed to offer the best prices we can to our customers.
