Shipping and Delivery |
Helmet Camera Outlet ships merchandise 6 days per week by USPS Priority Mail or Express Mail.
In-stock items generally ship the same day when an order is received before 2PM M-F Eastern time. Orders received after 2PM will ship the following business day. USPS tracking information will be emailed to you immediately upon shipment. Our shipping calculations are real-time rates based upon the item weight and the destination address and zip code. We gladly ship to APO and FPO addresses as well as PO Boxes.

International Shipping (taxes & duties not included) |
Yes, we do ship internationally to nearly every country in the world. We ship by your choice of USPS Priority Mail International or USPS Express Mail. (Please note: GoPro and ContourHD products can be shipped to U.S. addresses only.)
How long will it take to arrive?
USPS Priority Mail International typically takes up to 10 business days and Express Mail takes up to 5-6 business days. You will receive a tracking number when your item has shipped.
Customs, Duties, Tariffs & Import Fees
Duties or other import costs are not included in the price of the merchandise or the shipping cost and are your responsibility. Such charges are typically collected when the package is delivered to you. You may wish to check with your local customs house to estimate the cost before placing your order.
If customs or duties are not paid, merchandise will usually be considered abandoned by and returned to the sender. If we receive the returned package we will issue a refund less shipping expenses.

If an exchange is requested, we will send out a replacement immediately. In the instance where an exchange is not requested, a full refund, less our shipping cost, will be made within 24 hours.
Returns must be pre-authorized. Just give us a call or email us and we will provide you with an RMA number. This will help us give you the proper credit for the return.
After receiving authorization from us, please ship your merchandise (enclosed within a shipping carton with appropriate packing material) back to Helmet Camera Outlet freight-prepaid and insured for the full value of the returned product(s). Please include a copy of your receipt and all original boxes, packing materials, manuals, blank warranty cards and accessories.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except for in cases where the unit is damaged or defective upon arrival.

Back-ordered Items |
On occasion, items do sell out. In such a case, we will indicate an "Out of Stock" notice next to the product image and on the product description page. You may still order the product, but we will contact you by email or telephone to be sure that you know the item is on backorder and to let you know the expected shipping date. If you do not want the item backordered, let us know and we will cancel your order. If you do want to proceed, let us know and we will charge your card.

Sales Tax |
Helmet Camera Outlet collects sales tax only on orders being shipped to an address within the state of Michigan, as is required by law. The amount of the shipping charge is not taxable. There is no tax collected for orders shipped outside of the state of Michigan.

MAP Pricing |
Many manufacturers require their Authorized Dealers to follow the manufacturer's MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) policy. The MAP is the manufacturer's way of enforcing pricing structures on their dealers. Dealers can still technically sell the products for any price they choose, they just cannot advertise below the MAP. At Helmet Camera Outlet, we always honor the manufacturer's MAP but are nevertheless committed to offer the best prices we can to our customers.
